- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪To the staff at Sachem Center for Health & Rehab: Thanks to all of you who provided excellent care to our mother and grandmother Lena McNeil. My husband and I felt compelled to write this letter to let all those that supported Lena know how much it meant to us. The level of care of superb and we truly feel she could not have been in a better facility. We want to especially thank the personnel in both the Elmwood and Sachem sections of the nursing home. She received care and compassion from all that attended to her needs. We also want to commend the activities group who provided her social stimulation. Lena herself, often talked about how well she was treated and how hard caretakers worked. We know she enjoyed her time at Sachem. It is due to those who were very thoughtful and generous in carrying out their duties. She so appreciated that gracious kindness that was provided during her stay.
